Visiting Hot Springs in Colorado and our tire had a flat. We called Anex and Jacob I said it would be no problem. He’d be able to take care of us! On a Sunday afternoon, Jacob came in and was able to get our tire replaced and we were so happy and thankful.

Jake was absolutely awesome to work with! My car was involved in a hit and run and from start to finish he was patient, knowledgeable, transparent, and communicative. He did his best to get my car back to me as quickly as possible after significant delays with my insurance company and went above and beyond, by bringing the car to Denver for me. Car is running great! Would absolutely recommend Annex.

Annex is true to their values of convenience, safety, and transparency! I was able to schedule an oil change and safety check in days (not weeks), was notified ASAP of a part delay to support work-around if needed, and was provided an up-front estimate for transparency. Jake is professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He also was willing to discuss and offer options for a different vehicle to empower my choices with a mindfulness to cost in a field that is not my expertise. Thank you!

My husband and I traveled from Texas to Colorado for our Honeymoon; and unfortunately had our water pump go out on us during our trip. Thankfully, Jake’s shop was open during the weekend to help us out. He was very informative and thorough in explaining to us everything we needed to know and more! These guys are amazing!! I was visiting my parents when I realized I needed to get an oil change done on my 2008 Honda CRV. The scheduling process was so easy. While working on my car, Jake mentioned the threads on my oil pan were stripped and recommended I get a new pan. Due to the car being so old and availability of parts they had to drive 3 hours to get the new pan. They had my on my way the very next day! I cannot recommend these guys enough!! Jake and his crew are very knowledgeable and are able to get the job done, no problem!
