I had a great experience with gunsmoke towing. My husband’s truck broke down on cottonwood pass. I called gunsmoke spoke with Julie who was polite and professional, and helped me feel comfortable. I was in a city I didn’t know and was nervous to get in a tow truck to take the long ride up the pass again. She told me Shawn would be able to help. He picked me up within 10 minutes. Shawn was great and helpful, had a nice conversation. Safely made it over the pass He hooked up the truck, and brought the truck all the way to Denver. Even helped my husband back in the camper.

Amazing company and amazing people! If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I had a flat tire coming down Cottonwood Pass. No cell service. Some kind people took me to Gunsmoke's office which was in their home. The owner invited me in and called back one of her drivers. This excellent driver took me back up the mountain in one of their tow trucks in case I needed to be towed. Luckily, the driver was able to change my tire and send me on my way. All at a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend them!

Julie and everyone at Gunsmoke are AMAZING. Car broke down in Buena Vista and they were awesome about getting it back to Colorado Springs in a timely manner. Cannot reccoment them enough.

Recommend highly! Mick drove 2 miles into the back country to pull my 4Runner out off of Three Elk Road. It was working on sliding down the side of a mountain on some loose dirt. I guess I got a little ambitious. Mick wasn't judgmental. Showed up and bossed the entire situation. Didn't break a sweat. We're safely back home with the car completely intact. He's the man. Going in my speed dial.

Helped out a ton! Truck broke down in Buena Vista and had to have it towed to Idaho Springs. Super professional and the driver Erin, I hope I got that right, kept me entertained with good conversation the whole way.
