I can't say enough good things about this shop and their crew! We were in a bind coming into town in the middle of a snowstorm on a Friday evening. I had been forced into a ditch on the way down Trout Creek canyon to avoid hitting a car stopped on a blind downhill curve on glare ice. While we thankfully avoided the car and drove out of the ditch a chunk of rock wedged itself between the sidewall and the wheel on my front passenger side tire causing a steady leak. BV has two tire stores. One closes at 4 on Fridays (it was 425) and the other couldn't fit us in, but suggested Reliance. We were immediately welcomed in, even though they don't do tire repair. They allowed us to wait upstairs in their break area, with our dog where it was warm and dry. They had us back on the road in an hour and

Need the ability to leave more stars! Everyone here is great, attentive and communicative. Have had multiple projects from long term painful wiring on an old muscle car, general maintenance, spring instal, and frame cut bumper instal. Don’t hesitate to reach out you won’t regret it!

We broke down in Buena Vista on a Christmas roadtrip and the kind folks at Reliance Motor Works helped us get back on the road same day. They were clear about explaining everything going on with our car and our various options so that we could make informed decisions. They got the work done quickly and we are extremely grateful for their friendliness and efficiency! I was concerned about having transmission problems after pulling a trailer for a long distance. I needed someone to give my Ford F150 a quick look. These guys squeezed me in on short notice and could not have been more friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this shop.
