Apple Ford Pro Elite Commercial Center

More than thrilled with my first experience at Apple Ford’s Commercial Center. If you get the chance to deal with the service advisor Andrew L. I would do so. I’ve dealt with many service advisors from other dealers for personal and company vehicles and he is by far the most friendly, knowledgeable and best communicator I’ve dealt with. He got me taken care of and updated me throughout the process of fixing one of my vehicles in a timely fashion. Jesse with service was fantastic as well when I went to pick up the vehicle. Took care of me right away ran me through everything they did and actually thanked me for my business. Hands down will be bringing my vehicles and referring anyone who could be in use of their services and expertise. Thanks again guys!

All I have to say is call Lindsey Stone! You want something done she is the person! One of the easiest service advisors to work with! Mind you she helps me with about 100 ford vehicles in our fleet! Shes my first call!

Visited here to charge on a Sunday in a snow storm. Chargers worked, were fast, and the parking lot was easy to access, easy to get to the charger, and easy to use.

As a rule, I hate dealerships. I've had too many bad experiences. These guys have been phenomenal. So long as I'm looking for something they sell, I will be buying it from them. Thank you Apple Auto for doing your jobs well where so many fall short.
