These guys are the reason for hope in humanity in this world. After under quoting my car’s service they still honored the quote given over the phone to my husband. I have worked in the automotive industry for 20 years and don’t know any workshop that would have done that. I highly recommend these guys for their honesty, customer service and their workmanship.

Got help today with a car issue, and got honest, quick service.

Terrible communication. I was told 3 times within a week I would need to drop my vehicle off for the day to get a diagnostic. I took time off work and dropped it off the night before. I called in the next morning to confirm them receiving the vehicle & keys. They said yes and would have an answer by the end of the day. I called them 30 mins before closing and asked since I heard nothing from them. They said they have not touched it and might not till NEXT WEEK. I came in to pick it up and the man behind the desk had no clue and didn’t offer to make it right. I won’t be back.

Been going there for about 20 years now. Mostly just to get my cars inspected. On the few occasions I have had issues with my car and needed repairs, they got the car taken care of, repaired or referred me to specialists. Just heads up, they are always busy. But worth the wait.

They were extremely helpful in figuring out what was wrong with my car and were quick and had strong customer service skills. I will definitely return with my car or my husband's car if we run into future issues that need repairs. I would also recommend coming here if you are like me and have almost no mechanical knowledge because they talked everything over with me in a way that made sense and didn't make me feel dumb for not knowing much about cars.
