I had a fantastic experience with Ashland Garage today! The mechanic, Sam, was friendly and thorough in his diagnosis of the problem, and my car was back to normal in no time! Dana at the front desk was extremely helpful in explaining what needed to be done, and most importantly, why. Will absolutely be my new go-to for my car's maintenance!

A huge shout‑out to two of my favorite people at Ashland Garage. Dana always finds a way to brighten the day with her incredible customer service, and Ricky went above and beyond to treat me like family while explaining the repairs I needed. Right before Christmas, I got a repair quote from another shop closer to home, and the number nearly knocked the wind out of me. I ended up driving 40 minutes in the opposite direction to Ashland Garage — and it was absolutely worth the trip. They gave me a clearer, more honest explanation of the repairs, which helped me understand the cost and made me realize the other place was trying to take advantage of me. I was able to split that cost more than half. It scares me to think how many people feel like they don’t have any other options. I’m sharing

Went here for a walk-in inspection of my Honda. Folks that are friendly and kind, able to get get the inspection done same day within about an hour. Great service and a cozy waiting area, felt comfortable while waiting for my car. Definitely will be our go-to place for auto repair in the future. Thanks!

Another great experience with the friendly and professional team at Ashland Garage. I needed an oil change and a new tire. I've been taking my cars to Ashland Garage for three years. The quality of their work is 100% top notch. Superior customer service and the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen in a public business. A+++

I have trouble trusting mechanic shops because i’ve had bad experiences but i brought my car here to Ashland Garage and had a mechanic named Ricky and he took very good care of my vehicle and i had an amazing experience with him he was great and I will be coming back for anything my car needs.
