We have been coming here for every car repair and inspection needed for over a year now. Every experience had been positive. They always get our vehicles in and out of the shop quickly, typically within a day or 2. If any issues arise after I pick it up they have always been happy to look further into it for me. Glen Allen is a trustworthy and knowledgeable shop to go to.

Great experience as always. I brought my Mustang in to install an aftermarket performance clutch that I had provided. Connie at the front desk was very knowledgeable about what parts I was bringing in and wanted installed. Additionally, the shop performed an inspection of my vehicle and discovered that my coolant hose was leaking. I’m glad they pointed this out since I wouldn’t have noticed until my next oil change. The clutch install was quick and reasonably priced. I also appreciate the guys taking time to explain any concerns I might have with the clutch adjustment. It’s clear that Connie and the guys working in the shop are very knowledgeable. They always take great care of my car.

I had the transmission on my 2007 Camry checked out to determine whether or not is was worth repairing. Long story short, the mechanic found several other major problems with the car, so I decided that it was not worth putting any more money into the car. The mechanics are very good and are honest! They were very helpful when transmission went out on my van. Quoted me a price to replace that was lower than a previous vendor. Van was 11 years old and over 170,000 miles. G A Transmission also pointed out a number of other issues on the van that were about to be an issue ( not pointed out by previous vendor). I was able to find another replacement vehicle for the van that cost less than repairing existing van. G A Transmission was very helpful and I will be working with them again tomorrow in the future. Highly recommended. Customer service is top notch and they do great work. Had new brakes installed plus an oil change and state inspection. Well worth the 25 minute drive from home to find an auto place that I trust.
