The day before the Thanksgiving holiday my Mazda CX-9 was parked in the rear of my house. Suddenly several large tree limbs fell from a tree smashing my front window. I was extremely upset!! I had just purchased the vehicle 2 months prior. There was damage to my front window and damage to the body of the Mazda. I called around and checked prices of few glass repair shops via google. I happen to find NOVUS. When I called..Avery picked up the phone. He was extremely professional, polite and very informative. Avery relayed to me all my options. The prices and the service were excellent. I became a customer for life. Would highly recommend NOVUS for glass repair.

Avery and his crew did an outstanding job with a windshield replacement. On a separate occasion, we had a crack start to form from a rock that chipped the windshield and they got it in and patched it the same day! I would highly recommend their services! Just had a great experience with NOVUS Glass replacing my windshield. They did great work and it turned out beautifully. The guys there were great to deal with and I didn’t have to wait forever for an appointment to get it fixed. They gave me a really good price if I wanted to pay for it out of pocket but they were just as willing to work with my insurance. Definitely my best experience in getting my windshield replaced and will use them in any future needs of glass work.

Novus Glass saved me today from having to replace my windshield (also a service they offer and could have easily told me I needed). They were able to repair a HUGE divot that went very deep-almost all the way through the glass AND another crack at the top of my windshield I hadn’t even noticed where the original rock that hit me ricocheted. In and out in 45 minutes after sitting in clean/comfortable waiting room. Very fair charge for the work. Absolutely recommend them! Owner/operator Avery is very responsive, trustworthy and easy to work with! We will be back with our other vehicle which also has windshield damage.

Our windshield was shattered by ice & had to be replaced. Mr Avery Andrews was extremely helpful and expedited our windshield replacement and got us back on the road quickly. I would highly recommend Novus Glass!
