Duffy's Repair Service

This was my first time visiting and was very impressed. Friendliest and timeless of the staff was great! For sure my new go to location for all my needs as I get the feeling it will be honest evaluation given to me on my vehicles instead of a bunch of upselling that can be prone to happen in some places.

It was time to replace the rear differential on my Mazda CX-5. I got several quotes, including from Chris at Duffy's. It was easy texting back and forth and when I decided to go with Duffy's, they scheduled the repair quickly and within a few days, the work was done. This was about a month ago and I wanted to drive for a while before writing a review. All's well so far and being able to use the vehicle during the recent ice/snow has been great.

Great, reliable and honest service for all our family’s vehicles. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I would highly recommend using Duffy’s. Being able to use their loaner car when the repairs will require more time is an added bonus.

Love Duffy’s!! Andy is my main contact and he is great but truly, everyone there is super helpful and nice and most importantly, honest! When they fix something, it’s because it is actually needed and they do it right the first time! I have gone through many other auto repair places that was lacking in one area or another. So happy to have found Duffy’s - customer for life!

Can’t thank Duffy’s and their service enough! Came in with issues and a car that wouldn’t run at 4pm on a Friday. While it was obvious the repairs couldn’t be done that day, they got right to work in diagnosing the issues, informing me on options, and getting me set with a loaner for the weekend so life could continue. Come Monday they were updating me on repair progress throughout the morning and had everything ready to go by lunch! Outstanding customer service, fair pricing, 10/10 would recommend and return for any further issues.
