Flagstop Car Wash

I happened to be in Richmond today and swung by the newly inaugurated Flagstop Car Wash in Ashland — honestly, what an experience! Since it was their grand opening, they were offering free premium car washes, and I couldn’t resist. The whole setup completely exceeded my expectations. The staff was working super hard and were incredibly friendly. Everyone greeted us with smiles, answered questions, and genuinely seemed excited to be out there helping. On top of that, they had tons of opening-day goodies — free coffee, free ice cream, free car scents to hang in the car, and even some small gift items. Loved the energy! I had a really great experience at Flagstop Car Wash thanks to Paola. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. Customer service like that really makes a difference. She even went the extra mile and cleaned my floor mats for me, which I really appreciated. It’s little things like that that show someone truly cares about doing a great job and helping customers out. Thank you, Paola, for being so friendly and helpful. You made the visit quick, easy, and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a car wash.

I have only been here 2x but excellent customer service. Dawson, an associate that was just stellar. He offered to clean my rubber mats for me, which was amazing. Otherwise, I wouldn't have done it. I love the towels that they offer and the vacuums work really well. A super high five to the guys who stand in the cold and even snow to make us customers have a great experience. First time customer. I wish I could write a glowing review, but unfortunately my experience would not deserve that. I went to this location for a carwash Tuesday December 16 after a snow storm. Nice attendant. Advised me that having a slightly lifted vehicle (Toyota FJ Cruiser), they wanted to turn off the roof brushes. I understood and agreed. Otherwise no advisories. I proceeded to enter. As I got to the last segment of the wash (The dryer), my passenger side mirror was blown off. The mirror is an insert and help by friction brackets. I exited and immediately went inside to another attendant that was operating the car wash system. I explained what happened and asked if he could go in safely and retrieve it. Dawson was the best employee I meet when coming to flagstop.he politely asked if I would like windshield fluid to put more in my car I was so happy that they provided this service I would say this is a must visit for this flagstop ten out of ten would recommend.
