THE GUYS ARE THE BEST!! Bought in our daughter’s car for repair. Turned out the car was working fine and just a few parts needed to be cleaned well rather than replaced or actual repair work performed. We paid zero! Took in some Horseshoe Donuts as payment for their time, and honesty & integrity. YOU CAN TRUST THEM!

You are completely ignoring the fact that I brought my car in for a cross country trip and asked for it to be checked thoroughly, fluids topped, everything checked. You aren’t expecting it to break down 12 hours later after being checked and for a ship to say we will do everything we can to help you and then ignore someone for four days. You didn’t answer half the BBB complaint. That’s not a scratch, that’s a gauge. When I did contact you try email, Karen said someone would get back to me by the end of the day. The text I received was sorry we are leaving early due to the weather. Call us tomm. Derek and Scott said they would look into it Tuesday , I got an email AFTER my bbb complaint three days later. The team at Aspen Auto Clinic are very professional and easy to work with. They make it a priority to focus on what is best for the customer, as opposed to what makes them more money. I appreciated the approach on how the Aspen team performed their diagnostics with the intention of minimizing the cost and down time of my vehicle. I have traditionally taken my vehicle to the dealer for repair, and can confidently say I look forward to taking to Aspen for any going forward repair needs.

The team here was amazing! Kind professional and knowledgeable. They explained everything in detail. I left with a good understanding about my car. They were able to offer a pick up and drop off service that worked around my work schedule, and had my vehicle done in time for my lunch break! Thank you for the great service! Definitely recomend.
