Big O Tires

I had an unexpected tire issue just before I hit Monument, heading down to Colorado Springs on I-25. Carson, who was working the front desk was able to get me in quick and on my way. His service was exemplary and the whole team was amazing.

I have bought tires from Big O for most of our cars and loved that you fixed the tires when they had a leak. In my recent visit you would not fix the tire after making me wait two hours. I asked that it be replaced with my spare that also had a leak. You replaced the tire but did not fill it with air or check it. I took my car to discount tire who fixed the leak for free even though the tire wasn’t purchased from them. Therefore I will never buy from Big O again. Discount tires will get my future business. I also posted my negative review in yelp. Unsurprisingly you had other negative reviews while Discount Tires had positive reviews.

Everyone was super helpful! Avery at the front desk did a great job explaining what work was needed to be done on my car, what was the most important and what we could postpone due to the cost to us. He even spoke to my husband on speaker phone to explain it to him. Sean the manager gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait at the shop, and also picked me up when my car was done. Even the mechanic invited me back into the garage and showed me what was wrong with my car which was great! Everyone is so kind, and genuinely nice folks. I will not be taking my car anywhere else. Thank you guys SO much!

The guys at Big O have been so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. My mom’s car stopped working at the gas station this morning and the guys were immediately happy to help run over and figure out what was going on. They helped her move her car to Big O and got working on it immediately. They also helped solve a YEARS long issue I have been having with my truck that nobody else has been able to solve. They are quick to do research, get you a comparable price, and are happy to explain everything and provide the knowledge you need to feel like you are making a good investment with them. I absolutely recommend Big O to anyone looking to get work done on their vehicle!

Highly recommend and will be back for future needs! Was told to ask for Sean--and he looked at "the other place" estimate which was 3x what he would charge me. Gave me an honest assessment and they were able to get everything I needed so I could be safe and save $hundreds of dollars. The rest of the staff were professional and kind.
