Mister Car Wash

Exceptional service and these guys truly care about their customers!!! We had our drivers side mirror broken on our 2019 Honda Fit from this car wash. Whereas many other car wash businesses would simply shrug this off as "you enter at your own risk and we are not responsible for damages", the attendant (Katie) immediately completed an incident report and submitted it to corporate. I spoke with the General Manager (Justin) at this location regarding the incident and he followed up several times with corporate until we received reimbursement for our out of pocket expenses to repair the mirror. THANK YOU MISTER CAR WASH employees and management for being TRUE TO YOUR WORD!!!

This place gets my car nice and clean! Other drive through washes leave dirt on my car after I have gone through them or they don’t dry the car enough at the end, but I have not run into these issues here! I have had my wash membership for about 2 months now and am very satisfied.

Since switching to Mister Car Wash, people constantly ask me if I got a new car, it looks that good after every wash! The quality is consistent, and my car always shines like it just came off the lot. On top of that, every single employee greets me with a smile, making each visit such a pleasant experience. I couldn’t be happier with the service!! Mister car Wash truly goes above and beyond!

I went to the car wash and I ordered a base plus. At the end of paying with it with my credit card the guy asked me if I wanted to tip them and I asked “are you drying or doing my wheels or vacuuming out my vehicle?”…NO. Why are you asking for tips? In addition when I said not to the tip, as I was going through the car wash to put my car neutral the guy standing at the car wash decided he did not need to spray off the back of my truck or the front of my truck. I guess this is because I didn’t tip these guys??? Do you want me to tip you for showing up for work? And then you don’t even spray off the back of my truck. I also ask him why he wasn’t spraying it off and he said that they don’t do that for the base plus. Seriously is this what it’s coming down to? You can’t be serious

I’d like I like the car wash better than that. I see employee I did not apply him to be friendly. I asked the manager as she stated that she was in. I asked her for a test car wash. I didn’t see anything wrong with it because of your car wash lifts up to what it’s supposed to be Then you have a new customer and I know that a lot of people don’t ask for that because most people don’t know that you can test out a service before you purchase it. Needless to say she didn’t give me five dollars off. I do think that the car wash did it’s purpose so my car didn’t come out very clean which I do appreciate but the guy At the drive-through portion of the car wash didn’t really have much of a way or an attitude or a smile on his face either so I think it’s just this location.
