Discount Tire

Had my vehicle towed to Discount Tire directly from my house after finding it in my garage with a screw through the tread. This is around 11:30am. They weren't able to fix the tire but we're able to replace it because it was still under warranty. Great! I receive a tracking text to show when it's going to be finished and it completes around 5:30pm. I pick up the keys from the tech inside and go to get in my vehicle and the dashboard lights up with every alert it can - check engine, abs, vsc, tpms, etc. I immediately go inside and the person on duty (Gabriel) says, "we just pulled it out and none of those lights were on." I ask if he has a code reader so I can verify the problem. "We don't have one on site," was his response. I go back to my vehicle to see if turning if off/on resets anythi

I want to shoutout Sean and the management at this location! I brought in my friend’s car because there was nail in her tire. She ended up needing a full set of tires. She had a limited budget. They were so helpful and kind to give her a discount, knowing her circumstances. I would enthusiastically recommend this company and this Location, in particular! It was a wonderful experience!

I’ve been a customer of Discount for years and have had my tires done at multiple locations. I have always had a really good experience, but my experience at Jackson Creek tonight was exceptional. Had a great experience popping into this location to get some new tires for my trailer. They have a great selection of instock tires and gave options to select from without feeling pushy into one direction or the other. Appreciated that their pricing seemed fair and clear upfront. They were timely in completing the work and I'll be stopping in to this location again!
