I leased my Q8 here in 2023. When I bought out my lease recently I worked with Alex Fine (Finance Director) and he was amazing. He was incredibly efficient doing everything possible to not waste my time during the few visits necessary to complete the buyout. He was accommodating and incredibly kind which is getting more rare every day. I can't say enough good things about him. Almost all my experiences and interactions at this dealer have been overwhelmingly positive. In particular, Pat G in service has always gone out of his way to be as helpful as possible. Moses in sales is also great to work with. There are few dealers that surpass expectations these days and it seems the staff at this dealer always go out of their way to see that their clients are happy.

My Audi Q3 was with you for 5 days (Thurs to Monday) but never recd an idea of when it would be ready. I called 3-4 times, even called the service manager on Sat but never got a call back. My contact said he’d call me but went away for long weekend- no call. Apparently it might have needed a part but that was not told. I was happy it was under warranty but just keep the customer informed?

I’ve been to Audi Brookline before and had an exceptional experience with a different service manager. They were professional, transparent, and treated me with respect. That’s the only reason I came back. Unfortunately, this most recent visit was one of the worst dealership experiences I’ve ever had. When I arrived, no one even knew where my car was. Multiple employees were scrambling, and it took about 20 minutes just to locate it. That immediately set the tone. The bigger issue was that they started diagnosing my car without my approval and then tried to charge me $500. I never authorized that work. When I questioned it, Jeff, the service manager, said, “well we don’t work for free.” That response was completely unprofessional and came across like he didn’t care about the customer expe
