The service was amazing here! Highly recommend for all your car service needs. Damian made sure I was able to take advantage of all the available online coupons and was paying the best price possible. My Valvoline technicians were very knowledgeable and helpful. They not only did a full oil change on my car (♥𝐵𝒾𝑔𝑀𝒶𝓂𝒶♥) but he gave me tips to maintain the life of my vehicle (♥𝐵𝒾𝑔𝑀𝒶𝓂𝒶♥), how to properly use the settings, and even reminded me to check my email for possible discounts which I used during our oil change appointment. They were very accommodating to my children who were in the car. One of my technicians gave them coloring books with crayons while we waited. I was also having trouble closing my hood. Both technicians went above and beyond and worked together to ensure the hood was properly closed and latched. I appreciated it! Update: I returned recently, 4 months after my first experience, and I received the same amazing service as I did at my last visit. Isaiah assisted me while 3 techs worked on my car. I can’t recommend this place enough !! They also offer coupons on the website ! - - - - - (Jan 2025 review) … I am a repeat customer. Oil change, wiper replacement, air filter replacements … all that stuff ! They offer efficient and quality service. You just sit in your car. I am a repeat customer due to their associates. They are well trained. My service tech said to me (in reference to why he was so capable) “That’s because I was trained by the best ..my manager” Their associates hit l all of the service standards with genuineness. They thank you for your business and wave you off.

Even on Sunday morning we were able to get the car oil changed in just 15 minutes while us staying in the car! Quick, professional, reliable (they inform you at every step of what they’re doing). I've been coming to this Valvoline for quite some time now just to get my oil change or handle any simple car maintenance however the team at this location are so helpful and friendly they fixed my skid plate after the blizzard had bent it and even when all the mechanics in the area refused to even look at it without an appointment. Thank you so much Kevin and everyone else at the Brookline location for helping a girl out!
