VIP Tires & Service

I want to share my experience here so more people will know what to expect before going to VIP tires. I would avoid this place because “Leroy Campbell” had such a bad attitude. First, I found them online saying that they offer free brakes check. I recently bought a used vehicle from a dealership. It passed inspection. Every time I depressed the brakes. I heard loud noises. I took my car to VIP for the "free brakes check". While I was explaining the situation to a man at the front desk. Leroy was also there. He stood up and gave me his business card and told me that he is the "super star"(so childish). Then he told me that there are "free" and "paid" brake checks. Highly recommend! I had a great experience here with their customer service at the front as well as with the technician Leroy. He was kind and honest with me, and saved me hundreds of dollars on an unnecessary brake replacement that another shop told me I needed. I will continue to be a customer here for their honesty, integrity, and amazing customer service!

Great service. They fit me in late afternoon (5pm) for a same-day emergency tire replacement. They had the tire I needed in stock and the job was done quickly and professionally. The service rep Bassil was friendly and engaging, and gave me a 10% discount too. Thanks!!

The staff there was amazing and really friendly, I visited this location to take care of an air leak in my tire, Jose greeted me first and i explained to him my problem. Then Jose and Technician Leroy explained my problem and was able to fix it. They are really knowledgeable and are very helpful with explaining. I will definitely be visiting again for future repairs.
