I had an appointment for an oil change at 3:00 PM. My car was not even looked at until 3:45. When I asked the front desk how much longer it would take, I was told they just needed to finish one car before mine. My car was finally brought into the service area around 4:00 PM, but then it was left completely unattended. By 4:30 PM — after waiting 1.5 hours — the oil still had not been changed. When I asked again why there was such a long delay, they brought my car back and gave me a voucher for a free oil change “next time” because they never even started the service. This was extremely frustrating and defeats the whole purpose of making an appointment. If I come back and still have to wait hours, what is the point of scheduling at all? Service was above and beyond. My car had a special filter which I didn’t know and they instantly found one close. Really appreciate the hospitality. Will come back every time for an oil change. Thank you so much Sergio!

Would leave zero stars. Do not trust this place. This shop charged us $1,300 after admitting they couldn’t fix the car because of a part recall. AFTER A WEEK. That should have been discovered before ordering or promising completion “by the end of the day” over and over, from FRIDAY UNTIL TODAY. It took them nearly a week to figure out a basic recall issue—an inexcusable failure of research, timeliness, and competence. I could Google this in less than a minute to find out the issue, but it's not my job to do that. We crawled to Midas muffler from Dana Farber garage and they were able to get the exhaust system rehung and fixed a hole we made dragging the exhaust system. It took 45 minutes and we got back to Rochester NH before dark. Excellent service! We thank you so much.

Absolute nightmare of an experience. They lied about my car’s status for 6 days to charge max service hours, billed me over $1,300 without fixing my car, and their negligence directly put my family in danger. I’ve never felt the need to leave a review for any company before, but after what happened here, I feel obligated so others don’t go through the same thing.
