First time customer. Drove in for WV state inspection and they were able to perform the inspection right away! Ask for Jackson he was so great at answering my questions and telling me what repairs I'll need in the near future so that my car is running at its best. Shop was located right outside of Charles Town between Briggs Animal Shelter and the restaurant, TJ's Pitstop. Easy to get to right off of Rt 340. Jackson told me they also do Virginia state inspections here. 5 stars!

Please don't judge a book by its cover. There is major construction 🚧, rerouting and setting this business far from the main road. This business is renting the building out. They have a sister location in Winchester. Here, at Charles Town, the manager is Jackson (Army veteran) and he was amazing with communication at every step of the process. Jackson has serviced both of our vehicles. We are definitely repeat customers and recommend to our friends or neighbors to take their business. I feel that this team has that conservative mechanic vibe that we remember back in the day. Big or small, please give Jackson a call. I learned of this garage from Duane, the owner of Tireville of Charles Town. My wife and I are repeat customers of Duane as well. Great tire price and service.

I found this place when I needed to get my car inspected and was so impressed by the professional, efficient, and personable vibe that I returned when we needed brakes replaced on our other vehicle. The owner, Jackson, prepared a reasonable quote and took the time to show me what our brake pads were down to, compared to new ones. The truck is nearly 15 years old, so there are other things that will need to be addressed in the next year. Jackson walked me through recommendations for items coming up, stressing that unlike the brakes, these are things that did NOT need to be done now. I really appreciated the consultative approach with no pressure or attempt to upsale the immediate need. I will absolutely return!

I was referred to this place and told to ask for Jackson. I was in need of a banjo bolt for my brake line and copper washers. Although they didn’t have the bolt, Jackson took the time to talk with me about several automotive advice and did hook me up with a couple copper washers. Will definitely go back for future work. Highly recommend this shop!!!
