I had a positive experience and impressed with excellent customer service. The repair was excellent and my car was ready earlier than estimated.

Sometimes it’s very hard to deal with shops especially being in the military and not having one you trust always available. This shop however was very professional, helpful and communicated and identified other issues and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to repair them. You saved me a lot of time and money and I appreciate that.

Great shop. Would recommend and they will be my first choice if I need more work done in the future. The repairs were completed on time, I was updated every step of the way and the results were perfect. They even detailed the interior before returning the vehicle which was greatly appreciated. I spoke with multiple people there and all of them had amazing customer service. Overall a great experience.

I had a wonderful experience with Caliber Collision repairing our Green Toyota Sienna Van after we hit a deer. The van was repaired within the expected timeframe. It looked perfect upon return. Even more, the inside of the van came back REALLY CLEAN--almost like it had been detailed! This was the Christmas bonus I needed this year dealing with my 3 little children who trash this van. What an unexpected surprise! We are very thrilled

Diego was great for the entire process my car was in for repairs after I hit a deer. He kept me updated, answered all my questions, and even got my car in a week earlier than anticipated to help me with a trip I was taking. There were problems with the bumper taking longer due to the shipper, but he kept informed and apologized for the inconvenience even though it wasn't his fault. He worked with my insurance company and even brought my rental back for me.
