awesome customer service started on the phone. Corbin answered the phone and was very courteous and professional. When I got there he was no different except this time. I got to actually see his smile because you can hear it in his voice and talking to him. It was great to have a waiting room. The car was getting its oil change. Corbin answered all my questions with professionalism and friendliness. Excellent price for my oil change. this is my first visit and definitely not my last! Creamers Fast Lube is definitely an excellent asset to the community! Great family owned/operated business! (And no, he did not ask me to say that lol). Thank you Creamer Team ! God bless you!!

Super clutch! Cool little shop with a great staff. Drove from Baltimore to Harpers Ferry and realized a screw was in my tire as soon we parked at the visitors center. Had to get the tire plugged, there was a wait but they were pretty busy for a Saturday and kept things moving. We were still able to enjoy our day trip and I was gifted the screw as a souvenir lol. Thank you!

Normally I don't take the time to leave reviews, but this place is an exception. I discovered a large nail sticking out of my tire and I brought it into the shop. Christian was super knowledgeable and probably one of the most friendliest people in customer service that I have ever encountered. He was awesome and the shop lived up to its name- I was in and out of there in less than 30 minutes! I feel like that very reasonably priced as well. If I have any troubles in the future I will definitely be back!

Fast and easy state inspection. The front desk employee, Corbin, was a breath of fresh air. Nice, friendly guy. Will definitely come here again. Very fair prices.

Stopped in with no appointment for a state inspection and was helped immediately. I was in and out in about 30 minutes even with several people in at the same time as me. Very pleasant experience!
