We showed up already knowing the parts were available. And an older lady (maybe put our cars make and models in the system incorrectly) but tripped to sell us incorrect parts and said windshield wipers needed ordering….we left and went to autozone in town and got EVERYTHING same day. They have lost a loyal customer

Stay far away from this place . Parts that should have only took a day or 2 to get took over 4 weeks . Then week after week I was lied too! The excuse I heard was the manager was fired for all kinds of things, including stealing, and he didn’t put my order in correctly. But the second time the owner put my order in and it still didn’t come through . Then I was told in the end that they would give me a partial refund as a discount for my trouble which I never got and could never get a hold of the owner . Napa used to mean quality and knowledge now it’s just a joke of a place . Are used to think they were better than AutoZone or advanced auto now I believe they’re worse. Do yourself a favor and just order your parts online . You certainly will get a much faster and received the correct p

The place to go for everything. Forget the AA & PA stores. Go here for everything. Its what auto stores are supposed to be and great prices

Honestly; for a place that sells parts, I wonder how they are in business still. I rarely ever come here unless it’s an emergency and I’m prepared to over pay for one. Today is the last straw. I’m here to get a hydraulic line, and they tell me they can’t on weekend. No problem. I ask if I can buy the hose fittings, and the counter person says he can’t leave the counter to go look for parts because someone might come in and steal from them because he’s the only one keeping watch; and that the “driver” won’t watch the store while he’s looking for my fittings. What an absolute joke. I’m at a parts store to buy parts; and he won’t even go look for the parts I need. Zero stars for today; and I’ll never return; there is literally no point.
