Auto Perfection truly lives up to their name. Danny was incredibly responsive, transparent, and helpful — answering all my questions and easing any concerns I had. When I got to the shop, the service was quick, easy, and completely seamless. Very friendly there too! The turnaround time was unbelievable, and the customer care was the best I’ve experienced at any body shop. I couldn’t recommend this shop more — if you want quality workmanship and genuine customer service, this is the place to go. Thanks again so much for the service and kindness!

I appreciate the customer service from the first call until my vehicle was totaled! The communication of Kimberly at the front desk with coordination of my rental car, insurance company correspondence and keeping my blood pressure down - they were amazing. Though my car was totaled and not able to be repaired, Jaylen took the time to notice I was having trouble taking off the license plates and took care of it for me while I sat in the warm office enjoying their candy dish! Old school - Take pride in your work - Do it right the first time kind of business! The employees are obviously a tight family like team who run a well oiled machine. I was treated like their only customer from the second I pull'd up to the second I drove off. They kept in touch with me like they were babysitting my kid the whole time they had my car! ...Accommodated me like a Princess and took care of EVERYTHING with my insurance company. I literally dropped my car off and then picked it up FLAWLESS! Seriously quality work. Beautiful, sweet, genuine & helpful people that care. Professional business. ...I love Auto Perfection! Reallllly rare to find this kind of quality in a business. Especially these days.

Third time having body work done at Auto Perfection. This time,I got my vehicle evaluated prior to damage to my SUV. Appraisal after repairs was higher than initial no damage value. Danny, his Dad (owner) and the whole repair team do most professional work. Paint matches are a highlight of this shop. I have not yet been disappointed. Kimberly, receptionist is very thorough. All staff are most friendly and nice. But, most of all, is the honesty that has never wavered in my three experiences using this fine auto repair shop. One will not find a better place to have body work done!

Would give five stars for the work. It was excellent. My car looks like nothing ever happened to it. They returned it very clean and detailed, however, the communication was not there. I was told I would get weekly call/email updates. I never got any. I had to call every time which is fine if I wasn’t told I would be updated. On the day I was supposed to pick up my car I did not get a call to let me know it was ready instead I had to call and they told me they were still waiting on a part. I definitely should have been updated since I was waiting to pick up my car that day. I would definitely recommend for the work. Just be prepared to have to call for updates.
