Old school tire/ Tires Girlore

I had an amazing experience with Kim and Brooke. My son got a flat tire and by the time I got off work everything was closed. I went to their location and they took care of me in awesome time. The customer service was also very welcoming and they answered all questions I had with positivity and respect. If you need a tire or any other tire needs please dont hesitate to give them a call. I was driving from Florida to North Carolina when one of my tires started shredding in a few spots. Thankfully it didn’t fully pop, and I was able to make it close to her location. I called, and it’s a used tire mobile tire shop, which offers 24/7 roadside assistance, but aince I was close by, she told me to come right over — no hesitation, just genuine willingness to help. She was incredibly professional and walked me through the entire process as she worked. She replaced my tire with a clean, almost-new used tire, and even fixed an issue with my valve stem. Friendly, honest, and truly skilled. It was also really cool watching her manually mount the tire onto the rim without using a machine, then balance it perfectly. Had a flat tire and couldn’t get help anywhere else. Walmart didn’t want to help, and Goodyear wouldn’t mount the tire because they were closing soon. Kim was there right when I needed her most. She changed my tire fast, was very knowledgeable, and super professional. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and actually cares about her customers. Highly recommend!

Great if your on the road stranded but not recommended if you just want tires on your everyday driving vehicle….. first tire they put on was dry rot all in the side wall and if I wouldn’t have looked at it, I would have never known , then the one they replaced the dry rot with was a patched tire. Not happy … on top of that, they say Mount and balance this company does not have a balance machine so therefore your tires are not properly balanced. They did refund me the $20 on my tires so I could get them balanced. But definitely not a great experience. I did reach out to the owner with my concerns, but she stated that I like to start drama when I had all the pictures and receipts of how crappy the service was.
