J.C. Lewis Ford Pooler Service

I am very disappointed with the service I received during my recent visit. As shown in the attached photos, all four tires were returned to me with mounting lubricant visibly exposed and running over the rims. This was not cleaned up and gives the appearance of rushed and careless work. I expect tire installation to be completed cleanly and professionally, especially when paying for new tires. In addition, my vehicle has new floor mats, and it is clear that someone entered the car with dirty or oily shoes, leaving noticeable marks on the mat. This should not happen, as basic care and cleanliness of a customer’s vehicle should be standard practice. Overall, the condition in which my vehicle was returned does not meet the level of service or attention to detail I expect. I am unhappy with

You guys did a great job. What a blessing it is to have a mobile oil change friend to come out and take care of things in our busy life once again great job and I recommend you all.

My service advisor was Mike, great advisor, he was upfront on a timeline and what all they needed to fix my Mustang, he assigned my vehicle to Seth who is a very experienced technician, Seth addressed all my issues on my vehicle and found some other things on the vehicle and took care of them. There was no run around and they took care of me and my car as if I was family. Between my advisor and technician I would 100% recommend this service department and JCLewis Group. Thank you to all the support staff and my service team! My car runs and looks great after there service and wash!

Had oil change and tires rotation as part of my warranty. This service is very nice, very much like not having to drive in to savannah for this service! Technician was very nice, very professional! Keep up the great work!
