Battery Warehouse of Savannah

I’ve been going to the Battery Warehouse in Pooler for the past three years, and the customer service has always been top-tier. But this most recent visit hit differently. I walked in already having a rough day and honestly feeling overwhelmed. Hunter, Ray, and Tracy stepped in with the kind of patience, kindness, and attentiveness you don’t see often anymore. They didn’t just help me—they genuinely cared. They listened, they made sure I had everything I needed, and they went above and beyond in a way that completely shifted my mood. I left in tears, not from stress this time, but from the relief and humanity they showed me. Three years of great service, and somehow they still managed to exceed every expectation. Huge thank you to Hunter, Ray, and Tracy. This team is the reason I’ll alw

I came here to buy a battery after a recommendation from a coworker who has had multiple positive experiences with this business. I can confidently give the same recommendation! My battery was replaced before I could complete the transaction and get a receipt, at a better price than any of the local auto parts stores, with excellent, friendly service!

I stopped to purchase 4 new batteries for my OTR Semi Truck I called and spoke with Hunter over the phone told him my needs he said come on over we can get you fixed up, They have both Refirbished and New I got new they were very prompt and professional as well as the cost was very reasonable, I returned on Saturday to have new battery ends put on my power inverter cables again was treated like family and they have earned my business for future years to come I will be recommending all my Business associates to Battery Warehouse everyone I interacted with was top notch Thanks a million.....Robert Dale owner of Waylon & Willie's Outlaw Trucking LLC

Tested our golf cart batteries we bought there and they are very knowledgeable. Really appreciated them lifting those heavy batteries in my car

Excellent customer service from calling to discuss my options to arrival. The quality of service and friendliness of the staff was first class. Prices are very competitive and lower than most auto parts stores around town. Customer service is unmatched!
