Jeremy is the mechanic that always gives you the most cost effective solutions. He suspected by listening to my motor and confirmed by removing the intake and valve covers that my 6.2 liter V8 in my 2007 Yukon Denali XL had 2 seized hydraulic roller lifters that were eating the cam. He said, “I can replace the cam and lifters, but the metal shavings have gone everywhere in the motor. I recommend a Jasper reman motor - they update all the know bugs/issues when the motor is torn down and rebuilt - with a 3 year 100,000 mile warranty. I say this because it will cost about the same amount of money, being mostly my labor costs.” I went with the Jasper reman 11/2019 and it runs better than new 5 years later with 60,000 miles, and not one issue. Very good service. But because they are good, they can choose easier jobs and not being easy in scheduling appointments. Once, I was told the nearest opening was 2 weeks ahead, but my friend managed to negotiate for the next week with the same car and issue. The other time I was refused in service only because my car is a little more sophisticated, ended up fixing it by myself on my driveway. Nothing sophisticated, just had to spend my whole weekend because I don’t have a lift and electric wrenches and stuff. I’m sure they could have fixed it in no time with all the tools, but opted not to bother. So, just good “repair” and no “solutions”. Still good repair though!

Jeremy is honest, and thorough. He's only looking out for your interests, never upcharges you and gives the best price for honest work. Mechanics and small businesses like him are becoming harder and rarer to find. I will be taking my cars to him for servicing from now on.

A mechanic like none-other! The customer service here is incredible and the quality of work is just as great. I needed a new drive shaft and Jeremy, the owner, helped me over the phone while I was 2 states away for work. He gave me an estimate over $1000 less than the first mechanic I took it to and offered me many options rather than just the most profitable. He ordered the part and had it ready a day earlier than promised! Jeremy and Kelly are super friendly and take the time to listen to the customer. I will be referring family and friends to this shop every chance I get!
