Caliber Collision

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this caliber collision location. After my car was damaged by a deer, it was towed to caliber collision and the entire repair process was seamless. Communication was excellent and the work they did on my car was perfect. Additionally, they went absolutely ABOVE AND BEYOND when returning my car. I was out of town when the car was ready, and caliber collision towed it to my home so it was there when I returned. When I came back to my car it was in pristine condition and caliber collision went as far to clean the outside of the vehicle as well as detail the inside. I cannot recommend them enough!

I had the best overall experience at Caliber Collision! It was my first time ever visiting a collision center, and I was honestly a bit nervous — but the team made me feel completely at ease. They were warm, welcoming, and walked me through the entire process with professionalism and kindness. They did an incredible job fixing the dents and scratches on my car — it looks brand new! I truly appreciate the quality of their work and the level of care they put into customer service. Highly recommend to anyone needing auto body repairs — you’ll be in great hands.

They made it as easy as possible and worked really well with Enterprise rental being in the same building. My only critique is it took a while to get the appointment, but that’s presumably because they’re booked out because they do good work.

Caliber Collision’s handling of my repair was deeply disappointing from start to finish. They took possession of my vehicle the day before Christmas, yet as a USAA Direct Repair Shop, it still took four business days just to generate an estimate. That delay alone significantly extended the repair timeline, ultimately pushing completion from December 23rd to January 14th. Because of these delays, my rental coverage ran out on January 4th. When I raised concerns, USAA stated that Caliber Collision would cover the additional rental costs. That did not happen. I was forced to pay out of pocket for the extended rental. Conveniently, once Caliber was expected to assume rental responsibility, my car was suddenly marked “finished.” Unfortunately, that’s where the most serious issue appeared. W
