Amazing customer service & a very honest team! Took the time to explain to me what the issue was & educated me on what the steps are to fixing it. You don’t find this type of transparency often in this industry, you would be a fool to not take your vehicle here! Edit: I take back what I said, I was completely mislead by Louis regarding their work, and was completely overcharged for the amount of work done. On my invoice I was charged twice for body repair & absolutely no body repair was done, and that was an additional charge on top of their labor charge for the job. Be careful of this place misleading you, if I knew how half ass of a job they were going to do I would have done it myself considering it was a simple door latch replacement & the part cost $40. Ended up paying a little over

If I could give this place a 10 star review I would. Everyone over there is lovely especially Eddie! They came through in every way for me from customer service to communication to quality of work. They treat you like a real person and it feels like you’re part of the family. Don’t go anywhere else for bodywork in this area. This is my new favorite place that said, hope I don’t need them again. LOL!

The paint looks great! They were easy to work with and extended the loaner through my insurance for me because parts had taken longer to come in. Quick and easy all around on my end. They even shuttled me to enterprise

I have a high-end Lucid electric vehicle and wasn't sure if they could do a minor bumper repair. They did an amazing job and at 75% less than I was quoted by a Lucid bodyshop. I stopped by with the car, Eddie took a look and had an estimate to me via email within a couple of hours. Was able to take the car the following week for just 3 days and all was perfect. They even cleaned my car inside and out. Price was very fair.

Scheduled an appointment to have my car looked at. Drove in to get it looked at only to have the guy just take pictures for an estimate and wouldn’t give me a price in person. Then I was told I’d have the estimate in 24 hours and they didn’t call me for 5 days. When they called me they said it was going to cost 2k more than another place I found. If you want fair pricing and great customer service I can’t recommend Loudon Auto Repair enough.
