Would give it less than 1 start if Google allowed it. I tried to book a tow when my car wouldn't start from my house to my dealership. Was told they would be here in 45 minutes. After 90 minutes I followed up and was told the driver assigned to me took a call from the police and was taking care of that job first. Understandable if they let me know about it and I didn't have to follow up myself. Was told the driver would be at my house in 30 minutes. Another hour passed, I followed up again, and was told the driver was still working the police incident. I cancelled my tow immediately. Understandable if a police call takes priority, but the lack of communication and unclear timelines were more than enough to move on. There are plenty of towing services that get vehicles from A to B,

This tow company should not be allowed to operate the way it does. A vehicle was wrongfully towed, and when the owner arrived, staff immediately treated her as if she were lying about owning her own car—even though her personal belongings were inside. She attempted to show proof of ownership through her vehicle tracking app, and they refused to even look at it. They then refused to let her retrieve her ID, which was inside the vehicle and would have resolved the issue instantly. After finally granting her access to the car, she checked to ensure nothing had been damaged or disturbed and spent some time in the parking lot. At that point, the situation escalated in an unbelievable way. The manager came outside and began yelling at her, aggressively and without justification! I personally w

We can’t say enough great things about this tow company! My wife had gotten her bus stuck, and what could have been a total nightmare turned into a smooth, stress-free experience thanks to Michael. From start to finish, he went above and beyond. Michael was professional, calm, and genuinely friendly. He showed up quickly, assessed the situation without any fuss, and had the bus out in no time. You could tell he really knew what he was doing and cared about doing it right. It’s rare these days to find that combination of skill and customer service, but Michael nailed it. Dear Road Running, I want to commend your driver, Jon, for his outstanding service on 9/2/25. He arrived early, explained everything clearly, and handled my vehicle with care. His professionalism turned a tough situation around. He is super friendly and very knowledgeable about caring for my car. He treated my car like it was his own and I really appreciate that a lot. I went out to do an estimate at a location on a farm outside Leesburg. The long and windy driveway was very icy from compacted snow and my truck did not make it up the hill. I parked it and went In for the meeting. When I came back out, it had slid down the hill off the driveway into the woods. Road Runner sent out Michael, who did a fantastic job dealing with the treacherous conditions and avoiding getting stuck himself, as he almost did. He was able to winch my truck out without any damage. He was great to work with. Thanks to RoadRunner for doing a job that AAA wouldn’t do.
