Rick saved the day for me. I ended up getting a flat tire. I pumped it up and made it to the shop with just enough air before it would cause damage. His shop was the closest one and closed in an hour. I showed him the huge gash in my tire. I was thinking to myself there is no way that it was repairable but was hopeful to just be able to make it home from an hour away. Rick didnt hesitate and helped me immediately. He seemed confident and I trusted him. He repaired it no problem and I am very impressed. Hes honest, and genuine. I really appreciated his response to me. I will most definitely be returning her for any future work! Thank you again Rick!

I cannot recommend this shop enough. Rick has saved me time and time again and consistently provides reliable and affordable service. From finding factory recalls to getting me in last second for a quick repair, he always provides top-notch service! I typically am not one to leave reviews, but Rick has certainly earned it!

Rick saved our bacon. We were in Leesburg for an overnight and got a flat tire that night. We had to rush home the next morning and Rick fixed the tire and sent us on our way in under 30 mins. Greatly appreciate his services!

I previously left a 5 star review- that is no longer the case. I paid HPF $2,000 over the course of 2 weeks to make repairs on my car, within 1 week of making said repairs my car had plumes of smoke coming out of it. The repairs were too much for me to continue paying for in addition to the work that should have lasted me a couple of months at the very least. I had to sell my car at a loss while out of state because it couldn’t make it home. If you want more problems and to potentially destroy your car, HPF is the place! I’m truly sick over this situation and am considering taking legal action. I was left in an awful and dangerous situation due to the state they left my car, I hope they’re enjoying the money I feel that I got scammed out of.

I called multiple shops trying to get my vehicle looked at and no one seemed to have time but Mr. Rick told me to bring it in and he wouldn’t mind staying late, if needed, to assist. Over the past two weeks I have been in the shop multiple visits to make sure we were on the same page with what my vehicle was doing. Once to read the codes, a second to test drive and the third to drop off to take care of the issues due to the time constraints I had and again upon completion. Mr. Rick worked graciously with my schedule. I can’t speak any more highly of Mr. Rick, he was wonderful to work with. Considerate, very kind, professional and EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE.
