The ladies and gentlemen at Autobell in Boone North Carolina, do a fantastic job! They’re always courteous and professional. I really appreciate being able to pay one amount each month and then being able to go get your car cleaned as often as you would like. Jacque & Rudy

Incredible job by Alex and his team. My car was filthy with pollen from last spring and salt from the recent snow. Hadn't been washed in several months. I ran the car thru and they started to dry it and perform the add-ons. When they noticed there was still some dirt/pollen buildup on both the hood and trunk, they asked if they could run it back thru the wash to help remove it. That was totally unexpected and very welcome. I don't know of any other place that would be that thorough or polite. Highly recommended.

Honestly extremely disappointed. I payed $30 for the “fancy” exterior wash and my car came out looking worse than before. It has streaks and spots. I understand it’s a black car and they’re not the easiest to work with but still… my car looked better BEFORE I went through this. Also, the guy who was.. drying the car a guess? Was very careless. He kept bumping bottles against the car and scratched it up a whole bunch. Needless to say I will not be returning to this car wash when I can do one myself for a fraction of the cost and it come out 100% better than this.

I come to the Boone Autobell a few times each week and have always been super impressed with the service and attention to detail. Joe in particular always welcomes me with a big smile and is so friendly and helpful. I have had memberships at other local car washes and this is by far the best around!
