Autobell Car Wash

They did not clean the inside of my car. They opened the door and pretended to clean. But when I got back inside it was still dusty and I had to clean it myself. Horrible experience!

I’ve been coming to Auto Bell in Indian Land for about 10 years and I have never had a problem with the quality of my service. However on Saturday, my daughter’s car didn’t get the same excellent service. The floor under the mats wasn’t vacuumed and interior appeared to not have been dusted. Those things might seem trivial but they were included in the package she purchased.

Do better Autobell, do better. 10 guys on the clock, 9 finish the two cars on the lot then they leave one guy to work on mine. Not a major issue, I don’t mind waiting but it was humid and miserable out. They all ran inside to sit in the. A/C while the one guy continued to bust his rear ton Ge t my truck finished. Sad they leave a customer outside like that waiting but it’s even more sad when they don’t help their teammate out.

DO NOT GO IF YOU HAVE A BLACK CAR! Took my Pilot to get cleaned after a long weekend of skiing, snow and salt. I've only hand washed my car, never taking to a place with brushes. I asked if their wash would leave swirls in my paint. Oh no sir, I was told! Well. . .I wish I never took my car there, for a very expensive wash, close to $50.00 for my paint to be ruined!!! I'll never be back again and hate I took their word for it. I have a video, but can figure out how to attach it to this review, but my paint is screwed and now I'm going to have pay to get this fixed!

I really miss a good full service car wash.. Autobell was never great and has really gone down since the pandimic.. The latest thing? You pay for premium mat cleaning and they now leave them in the car and brush them off, which means there is no vacuuming of the carpet under the mats. Gheesh. I come here only for convenience and once I buy a new car will was it myself and likely never come back to autobell.
