These guys were amazing. I called to get a quote for the repairs I needed on my car. They were VERY reasonable and gave me a couple different options depending on economy or premium parts. They had me scheduled within a couple days to have the repairs done. I had the option of dropping off or waiting while they did the work. They also had a guest WiFi network available so I was able to work from my computer without having to use my cellphone hotspot. They called as soon as the work was done and said my car was ready when I was able to come back and pick it up. I picked up my car and the checkout process was seamless and easy. Honest and highly competent! Car was creaking despite having suspension work done. Upon inspection, Sean noticed that a previous repair (done elsewhere) was done incorrectly and quickly remedied the problem (cross threaded bolt). Thanks!!!

We have been bringing my Sienna to Certified Auto Repair since we moved here in 2016. Always exemplary service, however I was moved to leave a written review when my grown daughter in her early 20’s moved uptown and started having car problems. She didn’t want to drive her car all the way to Ft.Mill to get checked out so she took it to a local shop. This shop took 100% advantage of her. They quoted her $2250.00 to have brake pads, rotors, hoses, calipers and oil pan replaced. I told her to PLEASE take her car for a second opinion to Certified and she did. They could not believe that she was told to do all of that. All she needed was her rotors replaced for a little over $400! I highly recommend CARS. I needed a battery replacement because I was going on a 850 mile trip. They got me in the next day, were efficient, professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. They had me on my way in a short amount of time. It was a great experience.

Super honest mechanics who stand by what they say and don’t try to upsell you. Sean and Mike are great to work. They are my go to! Only wish they worked on diesel.
