This is hands down the best Meineke ever!!! Here in Indian Land, SC They treated me like a VIP The Manager, My Service Advisor, And my Tech who worked on my car on 1-15-2026 7:30 am appt.They are honest, and you can tell they love what they do and want you to come back, which I am definitely coming back. My first time here was the best!!!! I am a Lexus owner, so to all my fellow Lexus owners, this is the right spot! Right pricing 5-star customer service and treatment. I used to change the oil and do minor repairs at the Meinekel branch on Centrum Street with the manager James, unfortunately when I went later he was no longer there. The new people I found were not very trustworthy because they were overcharged. By chance I later discovered another Meinekel location at 8795 Charlotte Hwy, Indian Land, SC 29707 right when I needed to change the engine oil. Because I didn't have much time I tried to go in to see if this place was different from the old one because after all I have been doing minor repairs and changing the engine oil with your brand for over four years. We recieved a detailed list of items needing attention by way of text. We were able to select what issues we wanted addressed without pressure through the text. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The repair was completed in a timely manner. Very happy with their services.

Good morning, My recent visit / first ever to Meineke was exceptional! I found the sevice professional and timely. The employees were customer service professionals. The waiting area was clean and incoming customers who were mostly seniors, felt confident and spoke highly of the services at Meineke. I would recommend Meineke to family, friends and neighbors.
