A series of unfortunate events that have brought me back to this shop! December 2023, I was involved in a three car pile up & a family friend recommended me to McClure’s on South Boulevard. Andrew Sciranko has taken care of my own accidents & even my sister’s. My first accident included a hefty front end fix up (first two images). Where McClure’s did such an amazing job. After the swift care & support from this shop, I knew where I needed to go when construction on 485 left traffic cones scattered about the highway & damaged my front end and undercarriage again. All I needed to do was give Andrew a call & he had me taken care of at their new location in Indianland! As a woman, I’ve had plenty of automotive places try to take advantage of myself. What a friendly and inviting environment! They have only been open a few months, but from the moment you enter you can tell that client satisfaction is their top priority. When I called to make an appointment, Courtney at reception was very kind and responsive. I had a unique case related to my windshield and the need to replace some faulty trim. Andrew assessed the requirement and they got me in that morning. Pricing was transparent and fair. This is one of those small, family owned, local businesses that you can root for. I damaged the back of my car and started with McClure because they were the closest to me. From the moment I walked in I felt like I was taken care of. Courtney came out to take pictures of my car and then got things rolling. I was told the damage was pretty bad, but left it in their hands and hoped for the best. It did take awhile about 2 weeks, but it looks good as new! Carlos did an amazing job at fixing it. Everyone there is really friendly and welcoming. I felt that the manager Andrew was honest and up front with me. The place itself is clean, even in the back where they work. Everyone is very professional and genuinely nice. This is definitely a keeper should I need service again in the future, though I hope not.

I would like to thank McClure for doing an outstanding job on my car. This was a brand new vehicle and I was so upset when I scratched it. They did such a good job fixing it to the point I can’t even tell it happened. They were very nice, affordable, and worked in a timely manner. I would recommend this place for any auto repair. 😊

McClure Automotive was absolutely incredible. My sunroof unexpectedly exploded and shattered out of nowhere, which was a stressful situation to say the least. I brought my car in late Wednesday afternoon and had it back the very next day! I couldn’t believe how quickly they took care of it. Andrew was beyond professional and incredibly empathetic. He truly cared about helping me through a tough situation and did everything he could to make the process smooth and stress-free. He went above and beyond to get the repair done quickly and at a great price. In an industry where it sometimes feels like customer service has disappeared, Andrew proved the opposite. He genuinely cared and did everything in his power to turn a bad situation into a great experience. I can’t recommend McClure Automot
