Mavis Tires & Brakes

You may notice that I left a review for this business just a few days ago. My experiences between that visit and this one were polar opposites. On my first visit, I had my rear brakes done—they were making noise and clearly needed replacing. A few days later, my front brakes started making the same sound. Unfortunate timing, but no one’s fault—just how it goes sometimes. The reason for this very different review is what happened in between: a change in management. I don’t know the details, but what I do know is that the manager I originally came here for, Kathy, was no longer there. I had actually followed her from her previous location because of her commitment to customer service, ensuring work was done right, and that the vehicle left in better shape than it arrived. I had an outstanding experience at this Mavis location! Even though there were only three people working, they were incredibly fast and efficient. I had a lot of work done, five new tires including a brand new spare, both CV axles replaced, and a full alignment, and they had me in and out in about 2 and 1/2 hours. Hunter was great and walked me through the entire process so I knew exactly what was being done. This is not the first time I have used this Mavis, and it certainly will not be the last. Highly recommend!

I had an excellent experience with this business. I came in to have a nail removed from my tire, and they quickly repaired it and didn’t charge me for the service. The staff was professional, honest, and very helpful. I truly appreciate the great customer service and will definitely return in the future.

I could not be happier with this location! My tire pressure was low and then I noticed a screw in the treads. They got my car in immediately and were able to save my brand new tire from needing to be replaced. They were fast, friendly and the waiting room was clean and quiet. Definitely recommend for all your tire needs!

Really good experience! I brought our vehicle in for a tire repair last minute and I. Was in and out within 30 minutes. The team was courteous and super helpful. I recommend this location and will be doing more business there.
