AutoMax of Youngsville

I just bought my second vehicle from the youngsville location 2 weeks ago. The reason I immediately looked at their inventory when I needed a new car is because I had such a great experience with them the first go round. My experience with my last vehicle was awesome as any problems I had they handled and after a day or two needing to be in the shop to be worked on for something if you need a rental they'll put you in something to drive. They worked with me via text and over the phone both times and we worked everything out other than the test drive and signing the paperwork that way I did not have to drive back and forth from Benson to youngsville. All of the staff in this place are incredible! Everyone was so welcoming and willing to help you! My experience at this place was definitely excellent! I have nothing negative to say about my experience. I would definitely recommend Auto Max to anyone who needs to buy a car. These guys are awesome!

Such an awesome experience! Reagan (I hope I spelled that right) was a pleasure to work with! She was extremely helpful, patient, and understanding! I was searching for something very specific, with a very specific budget, and they were able to get one of their vehicles from another location brought over for me the very next day. I love my Toyota, and I hope it takes care of me as well as you all did. UPDATE: After driving my Rav 4 for about 2 weeks, I still love it! But, I have had to put over $100 into it to this point on items I feel were ignored. Especially since most of these items are required to pass state inspection. The day after I purchased, the horn relay went out, so no horn (horn relays don't just go out one day, they slowly stop working). I had to purchase 2 out of 3 wipers,
