From a commercial standpoint. Absolutely horrible to deal with since all they "changes" they've made. Delivery drivers that say they can't take returns, attitude from the call center or whatever they use now when they can't find my account. Needless to say, I'm now shopping EVERYWHERE else before having to deal with this place.

I use them exclusively for all my car parts. Their rotors and pads are superior quality, and pricing that can't be beat. Their foreign car exhausts are as good as OEM parts, and are always a perfect match. I have put their mufflers and exhausts on my Nissan and Honda, and they last. I'm driving the 60 mile round trip tomorrow to pick up new rear brakes for my Lexus, and know they're going to be an exact fit.

Excellent service and prices. More of a place for professionals or very serious weekend mechanics. They do not cater to the person that needs a lightbulb or wiper blades changed.

Delivery times are slow, I usually have everything removed by the time they got to me, sometimes wait over an hour for parts and their 6 blocks down the road, brake pads are noisy, rotor quality is not what is was 2 years ago, cv axles always warranting, some cause a shimmy upon takeoff, tie rods usually dont have grease fittings
