Great service??? Yes, very questionable. I stopped at this place and asked for service, they gave me a price and asked if I could leave my keys. I explained to the girl that I didn't have anyone to pick me up (I'm very aware that this is not her problem), and if it was alright for me to wait till service was completed, and her instant answer was... there's taxi and Uber services. Why? When there was no other customers and you had absolutely nothing to do. I would rather a BS excuse than an insolent brat telling me what to do (like spending extra money on transportation). Long story short, took car to a different place, job was done in 20 minutes at a lesser cost.

I called them on a Sunday in the late afternoon for 2 used tires and they told me to come in. It was close to closing time and they put 2 used tires on for a very reasonable price. Great service and even better customer service. Thank you.

I've been coming to this tire shop ever since I first moved to town. When I urgently needed a tire for a trip to New York City, the owner provided exactly what I needed within my budget. The service was fast, friendly, and reliable. Now, it's the only place I recommend buying tires. The staff is always helpful, and they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend!

Absolute lifesavers! I had 200 miles left to go on my trip when I realized one of my tires had been punctured by a nail, late on a Saturday afternoon. I pulled up to a big brand tire chain and called another but neither was able to offer assistance with only half an hour before closing time. I found these guys via a Google search and called them up. With half an hour left to closing time they told me they'd be happy to assist so long as I could get there before they closed. Sure enough, I managed to get there in time and was greeted warmly like we'd been friends for years. They fixed the puncture hole in my tire and even though they could have taken advantage of my circumstances to charge me extra, they only asked for $10. This review is the least I can do to repay them for their ass

I recently needed to get brakes and rotors replaced only Subaru On my way to the shop I hit a super deep pothole which unfortunately cracked my axle Fortunately I was able to make it to the shop and explained to Jesus what just happened !From the first conversation I had with him he was very professional in telling me and also showing me what he needed to do Throughout this process he kept me informed as to how the repair was going! Once finished I couldn't have asked for a better repair at a reasonable price!! would highly recommend Prime Fort Tire and Service for your auto repairs as I will be a future customer when my car needs service!
