I was quoted a price and charged more than double after they had my bike for nearly a month. There was very little contact on their end to let me know that they needed extra parts or certain parts weren't going to work so they would need to replace them. Or how long they were going to have the bike to complete the job. When I finally got it back the first thing I did was ride home to adjust the position of the bars to my liking and all 4 bolts were finger tight. I didn't even need a wrench to loosen them so it goes without saying how horrific that could've ended up being for me had I continued to ride the bike without checking them. When I asked for the stock bars back and grips and cables in case I wanted to convert it back or sell to someone who preferred stock they said they destroyed

These gentleman treated us very fairly and were able to get our work done exactly as they promised, I also bought a bike and that transaction was handled perfectly.

I have to admit I was cautious about dealing with this place after seeing bad reviews but now my experience with this business VERY SIMPLY AWESOME i don't understand the bad press they were helpful had what i needed as well as ordering something they didn't have and even that 3 days later i had it no issues so i would say ignore people complaining and experience it for yourselves i WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU TAKE YOUR PROBLEMS TO THEM AND LET THEM DO WHAT THEY DO 5 STARS 🌟🌟🌟 🌟🌟 FROM ME SEE FOR YOURSELF

I would never go there again your bike would sit there forever, they say whatever to make want to drop your bike off . But take the season for them to look at it ! My new experience for them wasn’t good at all

Very low key, no pressure sales team. These guys are riders and it shows showed extreme patience with 2 excited kids getting their first bikes. Highly recommend important note they warranty what they sell and service their products.
