I needed a tow and they were able to get me off the road and to the shop very quickly. It was so cold that my battery died and I had no heat for at least 2 hours. Once they got the call they were there before the ETA. Would recommend this company and Eric,my driver, rescuer to anyone in need.

I requested a tow for tonight and waited over two hours, only for it to be canceled at the last minute. The real issue is what they told my insurance company afterward. They claimed they spoke with me and that I asked to reschedule the tow for tomorrow. That is a flat-out lie. We never spoke — not once. No call, no text, no conversation of any kind. The claim doesn’t even make sense. If I wanted the tow tomorrow, I wouldn’t have requested it for tonight and waited hours. Instead of being honest about canceling, they fabricated a conversation and blamed the customer. Lying about communicating with a customer — especially to an insurance company — raises serious concerns about this business. Think twice before relying on them when you actually need help🤷‍♂️

Absolutely wonderful! My insurance contacted them when Val U Auto from stroudsburg did not show up for hours. They called me right away to communicate where I was, what was being towed and what was the issue. Gave me an ETA and arrived before then and got me lifted and towed quickly. I would recommend them again! Thank you for helping me after being left at Sheetz for hours!

Misleading advertising. They posted on Facebook that they had a used battery, and when I went there, they told me they only had one left, and it cost $70, but their post said $45. I'd rather buy a new one at Walmart.
