Forty Fort Car Wash

Sad to say my daughter’s car got scratched up trying to use the foaming brushes that are not adequate to properly clean a car. Need to update the equipment or post that the brushes scratch cars. Very upsetting. The brushes DO NOT PERFORM AS THEY SHOULD. Try washing your car with the crappy brushes / lacking foam and see what happens.

My favorite thing about this car wash is that the Turbo Air Dry actually works. Makes drying the car a breeze and prevents water spots. Thanks for keeping this old girl looking great.

One of the few self serve car washes on this side of the river. Very well kept and clean. Well lit if you are a night owl/early morning person.

Foam brush onlyvdribbled with soap and was mostly dry. It put mud glaze all over my truck that would not spray off due to low water pressure. Do not go here

02/24/2025 - Editing to add to the owner's response. I have yet to receive a refund, so I’m not sure why you’re claiming otherwise. How can I believe you about issuing a refund when you didn’t even believe me about the issue in the first place? You also say you went back to check the equipment, but how do I even know that’s true? It’s clear you dismissed my concern from the start. You’re extremely defensive instead of handling customer feedback professionally. If you can’t treat customers with respect, why even be in business? There’s a saying that ‘the customer is always right,’ yet instead of accepting feedback and addressing concerns, you immediately go on the attack.
