Went to get my truck washed, and in the process, the equipment Tried to rip my antenna out of my fender, causing significant damage then they tried to say it was like that before which I said bullshit and then they tell me all the little sign that says we’re not responsible for antennas. Well, I don’t have a problem with the antenna it’s the fender that I got a problem with and by God I am not gonna pay for it so we will see you in court.

Giving 2 stars because the girl was friendly who helped me at the beginning. The overall car washed seemed to work well as it took off a lot of dirt I had and could tell by just my mirrors alone, but I was very disappointed to come home and see lots of soap on the back of my car and back window. I had to spend some time rinsing it off at home which defeats the purpose of going to an automatic car wash and paying $18 for it.

My radio antenna got completely bent and was not told or informed to turn off my radio to lower the antenna. Now I’m driving around looking like a retard, my only wish for Christmas is a straight antenna.

Paid $16 dollars for the worst quality service! The back of my car was left filthy!

On the 18th of September I went to your location in East Wenatchee. While in the car wash your equipment ripped off my antenna. After the wash was complete I pulled around and informed your employee. He retrieved my antenna and when I asked what could be done he said your company doesn't deal with broken antennas. I spent 20.00 and have been there before but TRUST ME I will NEVER patronize your PATHETIC business again. Not only did my antenna get ripped off but I had brush marks on my car. Over priced and pathetic wash. My only hope is you'll go out of business sooner rather than later.
