Not only did he go above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed, but he also smelled great while doing it 😊. Serious shoutout to him for making my day a little brighter. Randy is an absolute sweetheart! Firestone quoted me a potential $3-400 for a headlight, depending on the headlight. Randy told me what headlight I needed, it was $25, and he changed it for me! The staff here is mostly self taught, very knowledgeable and very sweet! Thank you, Randy!

I purchased a light bulb for my motorcycle yesterday. It cost me $18.18. I go in store today and they want to charge me $21 for the same bulb. I brought this to the kids attention behind the counter and for some reason he got mad at me and gave me an attitude. Plenty other stores like this I can go to and do without the attitude.

In the last two months I have been to this location four times. The employees are respectful and polite. I've been helped by three different employees. I'm in and out. I had to go to the east haven location for a part that was not in stock at branford, and the employee at east haven was miserable, and another didn't know how to talk to customers. This location is much better and the employees know what they are doing. The store is also clean and super easy to find what you may be looking for. Recommending this spot to anyone in need of parts. Signing up for the program helps save in the long run.
