I had a clip come out of my car's trim and stopped to purchase the removal tool/clip. I've never changed one before. Tanshia came out to see what I needed, sat right down, pulled the old one out fixed it and put it back together for me. She wouldn't accept pay or even a tip. They have always been great there!

I picked my truck up from a mechanic in town and it was buried in the snow. As I was cleaning it off, chipping ice, my wiper tore. Even at negative temperatures the woman at the service counter was happy to install new blades for me and recommended anti freeze windshield fluid as she saw my reservoir was already slushy. I’ve been to many auto zone locations, this was the best service

Its normally a pretty good experience shopping at this location. There are times I may walk in a bit flustered but people like Kevin Proctor makes the experience alot better. Kevin is knowledgeable enough on parts and vehiccles that I can bounce ideas to him and he can bounce them back. Even if they dont have the part, Kevin is a great guy to talk to and ultimately help you find a solution.

The Lisa and Mike were fantastic. Couldn’t ask for any better help took the battery out. Got tough job really liked him. Yay for AutoZone and Bucky.
