AutoZone Auto Parts

I have worked in the automotive industry for over 30 years and have never had as great experience with getting parts as I have at this store. All employees are polite and courteous making sure I have the correct parts that I need. I have actually stopped shopping with competitors due to the diligence of the employees here. I would rate this location with ten stars if I could. Keep up the great work. It is very much appreciated.

Shout out to Tony he is very helpful gave us a good laugh and seemed to love his job!! He helped us with light bulb it took me an hour to pop it off last time I changed myself he did it in less then 5 seconds. Everyone should experience his customer service!!

A friend of mine had ordered a radiator for his car and had drove out there 2 times (lives 30 minutes away) because it was not ready when they said it would be. The second time he arrived the manager (Patrick) told him the store ordered the wrong one, then while trying to speak to him Patrick turned his back on us rudely and walked away with no sympathy or respect of my friends time. Definitely not professional behavior from a manager.

I had a code scan on my car this morning. Overall a decent experience, but there was a strong personal odor from one staff member that impacted comfort during the reading of the code in my car. I hope management can address this moving forward.

When it comes to this autozone in Crossville, though they're kind of funny, some guys are kind and polite and helpful. And there are some other guys that are a little bit on the condescending side. When it comes to a woman, unless you prove to them, you know what you're talking abouthey're not that easy to deal with and when it comes to the women in there. They're awesome when there is a woman in there working
