Not even given the time of day treated like absolutely rude. They helped three people in front of me and three people behind me without helping me. Extremely rude. I have nowhere else to go to for a diagnostic until I'm the right colors of skin. They do not help single white females. They only help male Hispanics.

Went there last week as a spark plug misfire showed on my portable code reader. Leo is a very nice young man who came over to check my car to see if he could direct me better on what to do, unfortunately it was in an awkward place (and I also didn't have tools) so he recommended a couple of local mechanics. He recommended a great guy Augustin from Koras who was able to see me late on a Tuesday evening to give advice and he wouldn't take money we offered for giving his time. Thanks again, if we had needed parts, we definitely would have come back to buy from Leo.

I've never been treated so rudely by employees! Price on a product was MUCH higher at the register. I called them on it and was told, "too bad, it's the higher price." That is illegal folks!

I'm giving it 4 stars because I was rushed. I did find the license plate light I needed so thanks! It was at a great price too.
