This store is amazing! They gave me excellent advise this morning. I took it in to have the battery and alternator checked. I planned on replacing the battery. The Manager said I didn’t need to! Being honest makes all the difference! I will be back !

AutoZone is the best parts store! I can't say enough great things about AutoZone!! They always have the best prices and they have the most amazing reward system; when you spend $20, you get a point, when you have 5 points you get a $20 credit. Plus, they have the very best return policy, you just use your phone number. We live in Oregon; we were traveling through Kansas, when our clutch went out. I literally brought pieces of our clutch plate into an AutoZone, they looked up our phone number and gave us all new parts. In the long run, it wasn't even there part that was the problem, it was the transmission. Thank you AutoZone!

I went in with my Kia Soul that I just purchased and needed new turn signal bulbs put in. The manager himself (Brian, I believe his name was, but it could be another B name) and Gina worked on putting the new bulbs in front and back until it was completed. I was so grateful, so so grateful because it is something that I could not have accomplished myself. I give both 10 stars for being the greatest accommodators and for helping me in my time of need. Hooray for AutoZone and their staff!

Borrowed for free ($40 deposit) a power steering pulley puller kit, and bought a remanufactured power steering pump. It ended up just being a bad hose, so I returned the unopened pump and puller kit for full refunds with absolutely no hassle. Associates were friendly, and very helpful.

First time going into an auto store. The prices were very high. I bought 2 quarts of oil and a jug of windshield washer fluid and my total was almost $40. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
