Just purchased a new battery for my truck. The person who helped me was polite and helpful. My only issue is that he "threw in" some terminal protector grease to prevent corrosion. Nice. Until I got my receipt. It was $1.99. Not a big deal when you're buying a $300 battery, but it's not "throwing it in" when it costs money. Makes me realize that every time I've bought batteries or brakes from AutoZone over the past 30 years they've been charging me for the little add ons they "throw in". AutoZone needs to coach their employees on the verbiage they use. Would I pay an extra $2 for brake/terminal grease? Of course I would. Would I like to know I'm actually being charged for it? 100% yes.

I am so grateful for the service at this location! My battery was in BAD shape, and after buying a new one the staff made sure to spend so much time cleaning the corrosion before installing my new battery.

Knowledge of employee made everything easier. Then he carried my item to my car as it was heavy. Outstanding customer service! Prices were reasonable.

Pulled in with my Chevrolet Traverse, having issues. My wide and I were greeted by Jeremy, the manager. He took the time while on his lunch to scan and clear a code that was giving the vehicle an issue. Gave us solid advice and a plan to remedy the issue. Grateful for the exemplary customer service and technical knowledge. Would recommend this Auto Zone to anyone who needs help with their automotive needs.
